Our Philosophy

A Pledge
Throughout 20 years of success in Texas real estate, Hank’s business philosophy has been very specific and very clear, "It’s not about me. It’s about you, your property and your goals".
Experience
With the expertise and accessibility to back up his service pledge, Hank has earned the loyalty, repeat and referral business of discerning clients throughout the finest neighborhoods from Lake Ridge to Preston Hollow and North Dallas and to the Collin County region including Plano, Frisco and Prosper. A 38-year Dallas resident, Hank is recognized for his expertise in new home construction and luxury properties. Having owned and operated his own multi-million-dollar company for 28 years, Hank brings to Lake Ridge Realty valuable business acumen and exceptional marketing and negotiation skills to every transaction he facilitates.
Recognition
Hank is ranked among the upper echelon in residential sales. He continues to place emphasis on marketing his client’s property, not on his many sales and product awards.

Don’t be misled
According to the 2004 National Association of Realtors "Profile of Home Buyers & Sellers," 74% of home buyers used the Internet when looking for a home. In fact, 72% of them begin their home search online (72% internet, 22% sign, 4% newspaper, 2% magazine).
"So don’t be misled by newspaper and magazine advertising that won’t sell your home. Much of it is simply an excuse to justfiy asking for your listing. It’s self-promotion. It’s not about me. It’s about your property and your goals."
Cutting Edge Technology
"Cutting edge technology" once meant a dial telephone. Mobile telephone communication was extremely expensive with grave limitations in both reliability and scope. Computerized MLS listing information did not exist. There were no fax machines, no keycards to access properties, no e-mail and neither digital photography nor websites.
Today, these tools, along with other innovative technologies, have combined to revolutionize the way real estate is bought and sold. However, "cutting edge technology" is only a catch-phrase unless it is appropriately used in order to reach the end goal — "assisting you with buying or selling a home with maximum efficiency".
